- For our Industry Sector in CHANGZHI,we are looking for a ECC Controller & Custom clearance（出口控制与海关合规专员）

What are my responsibilities?

- ECC ：Take over the ECC administration as company request 出口控制：按照公司要求负责出口控制检查

- Administrate freight forwarder to ensure the performance of transportation and customs clearance.管理运输商确保运输和清关安全及时

- Checking freight and customs clearance cost to ensure the correct payment to service provider. 核对运费和清关费保证费用透明合理

- Arrange import and export shipment. 安排进出口发货

- Dealing with certificate, license and permission related to import and export administration. 准备所有与报关相关所需的证书，许可证

- International transportation insurance claim. 国际运输保险索赔

- Environment, Health and Security (EHS) related tasks

- Seriously implement position operational rules and ensure security based on national and local EHS related laws and regulations, Siemens headquarters and SEDL’ procedures. 环境，健康和安全：严格执行本岗位操作流程确保安全符合国家，当地法律法规以及西门子总部和SEML要求

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Communication and negotiation skill

- Contract law knowledge

- Knowledge of international trade

- Knowledge of legality

- computer skill (SAP, office, etc.)

- Product knowhow

- English language

- Be familiar with applicable safety, health and environmental law and requirements

- 3 years experience of import and export business.

    Siemens Special Electrical Machines Co., Ltd (SEML) is a joint venture established by Siemens and Lu’an group in China. With an area of 120,000 square meters, SEML is located in Changzhi Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Shanxi Province. The company focuses on developing and producing medium and large motors.
