职位描述：

-For our Process Industries and Drives Division in CHANGZHI,we are looking for a Business Administor/财务分析专员

What are my responsibilities?

1. Commercial responsibility for service & non standard motors/projects (offer, order, execution) - contracting, negotiation with customer, optimised commercial conditions, ……incl. commercial project controlling & project forecast

2. Commercial support for technical project manager of investment project; Commercial tracking;

3. Prepare and support internal report including but not limited risk report, economic value added report, KPI report etc.

4. Quality cost such as non conform cost, certificate cost, etc., evaluation and commercial control

5. Support proto type cost calculation

6. Support cost deviation ananlysis

7. Administrate and monitor insurance for SEML

8. Quotation for service and spare parts

9. Implement and update regulations/working instructions related to BA processes; Continuously improve related processes; Maintain an efficient filling system for the department

10. Apply compliance checks in commercial processes (e.g. BP tool, GRI, ….)

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Experience in commercial functions of other Siemens or mutlinational companies

2. Cross functional experience (e.g. controlling, contracting, logistic, purchasing,….)

3. Experience in international business environment and capable to work in international teams

4. Fluent English & Chinese language skills (written and spoken)

Advanced skills with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Outlook
