RTC Retail Environment (Changshu) Co. Ltd. is s new business entity of RTC, a retail global partner to many of the world’s leading brands and retailers. RTC is building its first manufacturing facility, a world class flexible and quality driven wood and metal manufacturing plant.

RTC seeks a highly capable, pro-active maintenance supervisor of the all new equipment and buildings, located in Changshu. The priority job of Maintenance Supervisor is to lead the set-up of equipment, maintenance control plan standards and manage the implementation of maintenance program to ensure the equipment performance stability and creditability, and manage the facility, utility, tools for the entire facility.


Responsibilities

? Work with upper manager and finance to prepare the capital expenditure, facility, utility, tools and maintenance & repair budget.
? Guide and mentor the maintenance team to reach the function goals and objectives.
? Evaluate equipment supplier performance and coordinate with supplier to obtain higher quality service and achieve cost constraints.
? Define and agree the standards with production team on the equipment maintenance control plan, the control plan detail the machine availability, hours for preventative and improvement, measures, improvement plans and frequency for review for all the equipment especially for the panel saw, CNC, Edge banding, painting room and etc.
? Manage the spare parts to optimize cost and shorten breakdown maintenance to meet the production requirement.
? Set up and agree with production on the allocation of the regular maintenance job between equipment user and maintenance team.
? Develop, review and monitor the implementation of preventative maintenance program, maintain overall equipment, facility and utility systems in optimal working condition and deadlines.
? Obtains and maintains all necessary government licenses, permits and inspections related to the facility and equipment.
? Arrange/co-ordinate the installation of new production equipment and project transfers ensuring that they are managed to agreed timescales and cost constraints.
? Manage equipment projects and actively participate on various teams to monitor and improve equipment performance.
? Maintain breakdown quickly, time and cost constraints, diagnose equipment issues, analyze the condition, root cause of breakdown and define the preventative actions.
? Coordinate and provide equipment training for production team, provide equipment support when needed.
? Set up and maintain the equipment management procedure and process.
? Planning or optimizing plant’s whole equipment and machine’s layout


Qualification/Requirements
? Minimum 5 years experiences in equipment management, familiar with wood/metal operation machine and paint line.
? BA degree, major in automation control/electron & electric/mechanical.
? Experience in setting up, improving and maintaining equipment management system procedures.
? Experience in facility maintenance in plant.
? Good logic thinking and problem solving skills.



? Ability to handle multiple requests and work in a fast paced environment. Ability to accurately complete tasks in timely manner.
? Experience in continuous improvement environments.
? Experience in woodworking technology and produce procedure or process
