Responsibilities

Take allover the responsibilities for the E&M department daily work, including the annual TQEMS targets, responsible for the organization/products/technic/safety performance.

全面负责工程维修部的日常管理工作，制定部门的年度管理及质量目标，对部门内的组织绩效、产品绩效、技术绩效、安全绩效负责

Make good use of internal and external resources,maintain maximize organization,develop training plan and implement it timely, allocation of human resources rational and effectively, improve the organization and staff capacity by plan, provide improvement for equipment and facilities.

积极利用内外部资源，维护组织功能的最大化，适时制定培训计划并实施，合理有效配置人力资源，有计划地提高部门的组织能力及人员的能力，为设备及设施的改进提供动力

Responsible for all safety, environmental, occupational health management, continuous improve the work performance.

负责本部门所有的安全、环境、职业健康管理，不断改进其工作绩效

Responsible for setting annual plan of technical standards and job specifications, and do it according to the plan; develop annual technical standards and operating standards updated plan and implement it, push forward department standardization management.

负责制定年度技术标准、作业规范编写计划，并依计划执行；制定年度已有技术标准及作业规范更新计划并执行，推行部门的标准化管理

Develop and implement effective equipment maintenance plan to ensure equipment, machinery and instruments in good condition.

制定并实施有效的设备保养计划，确保机电仪设备处于完好状态

Responsible for the equipment / facilities abnormal failure analysis, and continuous improvement, improve equipment reliability.

负责设备/设施的故障的异常分析，并不断改善，提高设备的可靠性

Responsible for all maintenance / improvement results,ensuring the maintenance quality and costs.

对所有维修/改进项目的结果负责，确保维修质量和维修成本

Responsible for investment management of fixed assets in company.

负责公司内固定资产投资管理

Qualification:

College or above

大专及以上

Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Electric Automation.

机械工程或工业电气自动化

Familiar with the inauto-related industry equipment management laws and regulations, strong RCFA capacity and project management experience,implementation experience in TPM.

熟悉汽车相关企业设备管理的法律及法规，较强的RCFA的能力及项目管理经验，有TPM推行及实施经验

8 years or above equipment management experiences,at least 4 years team leader experience.

8年及以上设备管理经验，至少4年以上的Team Leader经验

Good English ability of reading,writing,listening and speaking.

良好英语读、写、听、说能力
