职位描述：

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1Works with customer to optimize overall manufacturing process including raw material formulation, equipment, operating conditions, and testing.

2、Defines and performs incoming quality control inspection and test of raw materials.

3、Defines outgoing quality control of raw materials and establishes the raw material requirements.

4、Performs process and product qualification / validation.

5Establishes and maintains methods for and oversees or performs calibration and maintenance of test equipment

6、Performs training of product test methods and interpretation of data.

7、Responsible for the Technical Interface with suppliers.

8、Complete charge of arrangements.

Required Qualification

1Bachelor Degree in engineering or materials science strongly preferred or ten plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2、Experience in plastic extrusion industry required.

3、Experience in optical or colormetric testing a plus.

4、Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

5、Use of continuous improvement, quality tools and statistical process control methodologies.

6、Significant travel required.
