职位描述：
Responsibilities
-Be responsible for materials receiving, storing, picking and feeding etc., following the
  prevailing procedures.
  负责原材料收货，整理，挑货及派料
-Materials internally transfer from/to Refining/Production department according to the
  Schedule and Instructions. Undertake forward planning to ensure optimum allocation of
  team resources on hands to increase the overall efficiencies of routine activities.
  根据生产订单进行内部材料发送
-Be responsible for finished products weighing, dispensing, packing, labelling,
  transportation, loading and shipping.
  负责成品的称重，分发，包装，贴标签，内部运输，上下货以及发货
-Be responsible for coordination with Quality for shipping audit and release, distribution
  of shipping documents to the cross Departments upon dispatching task completed.
  负责协同质监部门进行发货质量确认，并负责相关发货文件处理
-As area owner - be responsible for the visual management of different storage locations
  covering chemicals raw materials, finished goods, packing inventory etc. for meeting
  both quality and EHS expectation.
  目视化管理原材料及成品库位，包含化学品，原材料，成品，包装材料等
- In charge of FG picking, ensure timely and accuracy and same time record in system in
  short period.
  负责及时准确第进行成品挑货，以及后续系统信息操作准确
-Make sure the warehouse records correct, complete and meet the SOPs requirements,
  keep good FIFO.
  确保仓库记录准确，并遵守先进先出原则
-Ensure good 5S housekeeping practice, safety, security in warehouse to meet the
  EHS’s requirements
  遵守公司相关安全生产相关规定并实施5S
-Perform cycle counting and stocktaking and make sure the physical stock is consistent
  with SAP system booking.
  进行定期系统盘库
-Complete other work assigned by leaders actively.
  完成公司交代其它相关工作
- Delivery truck in and out check list.
  进行卡车进出登记


Qualification/Requirements
- Forklift driving license is a must
  持有叉车操作证
- Above 1 year’s experience in warehouse
  一年以上仓库工作经验
- Occupational technology school or technical school graduate or above.
  中专及以上学历
- Command of Basic English and can read the e-mails in English during the daily working
  基本英语水平，可以处理日常工作
- Basic software: Excel, Word, PPT
  基础电脑软件操作能力，例如办公软件
- Familiar with SAP /ERP operation skills on MM Modular/WMS system
  熟悉SAP/ERP等系统，以及仓库管理相关软件
