职位描述：
Primary Function
1.Station at customer's site and customer interface for Quality/Delivery/Services
2.Ensure timely support/response to customer; timely feedback to plant
3.Cascade/share on customer’s product feature, function & usage, manufacturing, process control, quality requirement & expectation to plant/program
4.Own customer’s matrices and rating, drive improvements and develop initiatives to become Top Preferred Supplier to customer
5.Build up good relationship with customer; feedback on competitors’ strength & performance
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Lead role of Representing Quality/ Delivery/ Services
2.Participate in Quality improvement, complaints, changes at customer site
3.Timely update /feedback on all issues back to plant and follow through
4.Also our spoke person to sell our Quality, strength and capabilities to our customer, for future business opportunities
5.Accountable for customer’s matrices on Quality/Delivery/Services
Qualifications / Requirements
1.Min 3 years’ experience in Customer Quality or Engineering in molding industry for Automotive
2.University graduated preferred
3.Understand Automotive Quality on APQP, MSA, FMEA, Process Capability and PPAP
4.Knowledge in ISO9001/ISO 16949/VDA 6.3 & use of QC tools
5.Customer service oriented and PC skill in Word/Excel/PowerPoint required 举报 分享
