职位描述：
1.He/ she is expected to understand, follow and promote Nuplex safety practices.

6.Operation Discipline:

Self-study to get familiar with all work instructions with instruction from maintenance supervisor.

（1）Understand and follow safety instruction for all specific jobs.理解和遵守所有相关工作的安全指导。
（2）Act properly during emergency case.在紧急的情况下采取正确的措施/行动
9. Routine production activities:日常生产活动
（1）Perform a proper shift break at the beginning and end of shift. 做好轮班首尾接续工作
（2）To run and operate ALFA LAVAL water treat system. 负责阿法拉伐水处理装置运行操作
（3）To run and operate the compressed air system. 负责空压机运行操作
（4）Maintain good 5S standards for all his responsible area is a must. 在规定的区域进行5s操作.
（5）To run and operate the demin water system.负责去离子水系统运行操作
（6）To run and operate the cooling water system. 负责冷却水系统运行操作
（7）To run and operate the chilling water system.负责冷冻水系统操作和运行。
（8）To treatment E&I urgency case. 负责电器仪表紧急抢修.
10.Troubleshooting:解决问题
Responsible for shift during sudden power outages, water, gas. Diesel generator running. To restore power ，restore utility facilities and so on!
负责轮班期间，突然停电，停水，停气。柴油发电机运行。恢复供电，公用设施恢复等.

Collect first-hand information and report to maintenance supervisor ASAP.收集第一手资料并尽快向维修主管汇报。

Education Background教育及相关资格

Above vocational / high school.
高中或职校以上

Working Experience相关工作经验
1. Minimum 1 year working experience in chemical plant with utility system 有化工背景的需要至少一年公用系统工作经验
2. Minimum 2 years electrician working experience in a chemical plant, and certificated.
至少需要两年化工厂电工工作经验,持电工证。



Technical Knowledge专业知识技能

1. Basic safety awareness. 了解基本的安全知识
2. Basic chemical process knowledge.对化工工艺有一定的了解
3. Must be able to understand relevant English messages. 能看懂相关的英文信息
4. Good at Windows, Office2000. 擅长办公软件
