Main Objectives:
To enhance the employees’ performance by all kind of training and develop programs, such as new employee orientation training, on-job-training, internal and external training, coaching program, IDP program, competency model, career path design, leadership training, succession plan, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
Training
1. Assist HR Manager to design and optimize the firm’s training system, includes policies, procedures and standards to
meet the organizational business objectives.
2. Work closely with line managers to provide professional training solution to meet their training needs.
3. Lead the training needs assessment and develop the annual training plan, and follow the annual training plan implementation status.
4. Implement the optimize the new employee orientation program.
5. Evaluate and select internal trainers and improve their training skills.
6. Develop, maintain and evaluation the training course system.
7. Develop, select and evaluate external training vendors to make sure to have enough training resource to meet organizational training requirements.
8. Evaluate the training effectiveness and establish four level evaluation system, includes reaction evaluation, learning evaluation, behavior evaluation and result evaluation.
9. Lead the production employees’ skill training and maintain the on–job-training matrix.
10. Administer and maintain the training records and documents to meet the ISO quality system’s requirement.

Organization and Employee Development
1. Assist HR Manager to design, review and re-design the firm’s organization structure.
2. Regular review and diagnose the organization structure, identify the organization current problems and provide professional solution to enhance organization performance.
3. Design, implement and evaluate the competency model to enhance individual performance.
4. Design and implement talents development programs, such as regular talents review, individual development plan,
performance appraisal, employee career development path design, etc.
5. Design, implement and evaluation the organizational succession planning program.
6. Responsible for the leadership training program, such as proposal design, training organize, program evaluation, etc.

Required Skills and Experiences:
1.Bachelor degree in major of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.
2.At least 5 years training and development work experience, manufacturing background is must.
3.Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills, facilitation skills and communication skills.
4.High responsibility and execution ability.
5.Good teamwork attitude.
6.Good command of English both in verbal and written.
7.Excellent in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Office Project.
