Duties/Responsibilities
I.T. ERP specialist is required to:

ERP related:
1.Local definition and implementation of BaaN within area of expertise
2.Ensure best practices for BaaN are being implemented
3.Define the solution in order to fulfil the business requirements headquarters as well as the local subsidiaries
4.Analyse, create and document business processes and workflow
5.Configuration of Baan modules & system maintenance
6.Evaluate, prioritise and document change requests and develop system documentation
7.Test of the current solution and future releases
8.End-user training and creation of relevant training material and ad hoc support.

Other:
1.Be readily available to answer the phone to our clients in a professional and efficient manner.
2.To provide front line troubleshooting, diagnostics and to provide technical fixes.
3.To support a variety of custom made/bespoke applications, Microsoft applications and desktop applications. Plus a variety of off-the-shelf industry tools
4.Actively employ, share and contribute to the company's knowledge base.
5.Manage open incidents in line with industry best practice guidelines.
6.To support local and Global clients.
7.Take control, understand goals and own your performance.

Qualifications
A Degree or equivalent in IT plus IT industry specific qualifications in related areas (see below). Minimum 3 years of experience on the same post.

Skills
Analyse requirements, specify, build, implement, develop the use of, and support of:
1.Experience with EPR systems (BaaN is highly preferred, Expert)
2.Experience with AutoDesk Vault systems or other PDM systems
3.Programming (MS platform is preferred) (Intermediate)
4.tabase querying and maintaining (Expert)
5.Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English

Associated with the following platforms:
Servers:
1.Windows PC Network Server running Windows 2003, 2008 and 2012
2.Databases (Microsoft SQL Server 2008, 2012)
3.MS Dynamics CRM 2011
4.ERP system (BaaN IV)
5.Programming (MS platform is prefered)
6.Be able to create user reports
7.ITIL Awareness

Applicants must be self-motivated in the continuous acquisition of new IT skills as technology moves forward.

Ability to create effective IT solutions user requirements or problems

Ability to work within a team and to communicate effectively at all levels of employees and management.

Must be able to commit to 2 full months of Induction training in CZ

Be willing to apply for Baseline Security Clearance and SC security

Must bring photographic ID to interview
