Job Dimensions 工作范围：
? Check the safety equipment and FF facilities frequently to ensure them in good work state.
确保基地内的安全设备、消防设施始终处于好的工作状态。
? Supply and supervise the use of PPE , and manage these PPE.
提供并监督个人防护设备的使用，并对个人防护设备进行管理。
? Be response for company emergency intervention , and offer succor .
对公司的紧急情况进行第一时间的响应，并提供应急救援。
? Assist / audit/ supervise the DG work on-site.
负责现场危化品作业的监督、审查、协助。
Major activities and accountabilities 主要的职责和义务
1. Safety responsibility 安全职责：
? To seriously compliance with all applicable state, local and Corporate HSE laws/ regulations/ rules and standard.
认真贯彻执行国家有关安全生产的政策、法规、标准和企业的安全，环保规章制度。
? Organize and take part in the HSE training and activities actively to improve the knowledge and management of HSE
积极组织和参加HSE知识培训和活动，不断提高HSE管理水平和意识。
? In charge of the management of safety devices, FF facilities, environment facilities to keep them running well
负责公司各类安全、消防、环保设施和应急用品的日常管理和检查。
? Make a safety tour on site every day.
负责基地每天的现场安全巡逻。
? Provide special PPE.
提供特种防护用品。
? Participate safety / FireFighting/ FA emergency response.
参加公司内各种安全、消防、医疗应急救援。
? Audit the WO and WP, check the safety measures.
审查工作许可和特殊作业许可，对安全防护措施进行检查。
? Supervise the contractors to follow Arkema safety rules.
监督承包商遵守阿科玛的安全规定。

2. Site safety supervising现场安全监护
? Check and sign work order and permit
审查工作许可和特种作业许可
? Supervise DG work place
危险工作现场监护
? Safety patrol in site, hold out and correct the deregulation work
工作现场安全巡查，发现违章作业立即制止及纠正
? Supervise the warehouse of Tech. dept. in abnormal time.
做好非正常工作时间技术部仓库的监护工作

3. Site safety equipment operation and management. 现场安全设备器材操作及管理
? Check safety devices/ FF facilities on schedule , and follow actions
定期检查现场安全设施、消防设施，并跟踪整改措施的完成情况
? Supply /operate special PPE , safety devices/ FF facilities
提供、操作特殊PPE、安全设施和消防设施
? Give the training about special PPE, safety devices, FF facilities to employees.
为员工提供特殊PPE，安全设施，消防设施的培训
? Check the contractors’ tools/ equipments frequently to ensure them accord with Arkema requirement.
对承包商的工器具定期进行检查，确保符合阿科玛的安全要求。

4. CMC and PPE washing room management.应急管理中心和PPE清洗间管理
? Conduct PGI to CMC and washing room on schedule, and follow actions.
定期对CMC和PPE清洗间进行PGI，并跟踪完成整改措施；
? Ensure enough quantity stock in CMC and washing room, and tidy condition.
确保CMC和PPE清洗间物品数量足够，状态良好。

5. Others 其他
? Provide the proper training for contractor, and control the distribution of the contractor’ s badges.
给承包商提供正确的培训，并控制发放承包商识别证。
? Organize and participate various emergency drill, improve the skill of emergency response.
组织并参加各种应急演练，提升救援能力，

? Good communication skills

? Driver licence of type A2.
