Responsibility:
1. Responsible for leading, supervising, coordinating with the Printing team in executing the printing activities according to the processes to ensure producing the output on time and on quality.

2. Communicates the Company operating philosophy, objectives, and expectations to the Printing team to ensure that all procedures are being implemented in a quality environment.

3. Exercise initiative and creativity in troubleshooting and overcoming problems and difficulties in printing function.

客服印刷过程中的困难，有解决问题的主动性和创造性
4. Responsible for maintaining information flow processes and file storage structure in printing function.

负责印刷过程中的维修信息和文件存储
5. Make continuous process improvement by effectively using lean tools and principles.

有效使用精益工具和原则不断改进生产过程
6. Work closely with customer service, quality planning, purchasing, warehouse personnel and obtain necessary support from internal suppliers so as to deliver results that fully satisfying the needs of internal customers.

与计划,采购,仓库人员一起，从内部供应商获得必要的支持，以便传递结果并完全满足内部客户的需求
7. Maintain high standard of safety and housekeeping practices at all times.

随时保持高标准的安全性和管理实践
8. Ensure production equipment and tools are kept in good working order.

Requirement:
1. 3+ years’ supervisor experience in flexo printing function with more years’ experience of operating a flexo printing press.

3年以上柔版印刷功能领域主管经验，柔版印刷机多年操作经验
2. On-job knowledge of health safety and environmental topics.

健康安全与环境方面的相关知识
3. On-job knowledge of clean-room requirements and pest control practices.

洁净室要求与虫害防治实践的相关知识
4. It is a plus if with good English communication skills in writing and speaking

具有良好英语沟通能力者佳
