Responsibilities
·Overall responsible for the management and cost accounting work, to assist the finance manager to establish

overall plan and implementing measures, determine the various cost elements and surcharge rate; responsible for

the company's production cost accounting, budget control, financial analysis, etc;
·Production cost calculation and process； the cost accounting and allocation, make sure the complete and

accurate of the data;
·Audit stock movements; organize inventory and fixed assets count regularly or irregularly; prepare inventory

report; analysis the stock or FA variance to help improve the inventory management system;
·To assist finance manager to develop and supervise the internal cost control system; to monitor and analysis

the purchase cost and production cost;
·Prepare monthly cost analysis report and provide construction comments; to build internal cost control system;
·Finish other work assigned.

Qualification/Requirements
·Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance;
·5 years accounting experience; 3 years cost accounting experience;
· Be good at cost accounting and cost analysis;
·Provide accurate and timely cost information, and prepare a analysis report on the cost management and

effective;
·Have strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills, good team cooperation consciousness, clever and agile, clear thinking;
·Have good professional ethics, good communication skills, like to work under pressure;
·Familiar with various office software and ERP system;
·With financial management and financial manager potential is preferred.
