在现场物流区域建立和改善QPS体系、TS16949、ISO和相关业务流程
Establish and continuously improve the management system like QPS(Qoros Production System), TS16949, ISO and business process for material handling activities at shop floor
- 确保物料安全、按时、高效地满足生产需求
Ensure safely, timely and accurate material supply in line with production activities
- 精益物料流程
Business stream and data support to lean material flow
- 负责车间区域物流的KPI，培训和激励员工
Responsible for the logistics operation KPI’s at shop floor, train and encourage the staff
- 领导现场员工实施日常盘点和API以保证库存准确率
Lead material staff to perform daily physical inventory and API to ensure stock accuracy
- 负责生产现场区域相关物流活动，包括收货, 转储物料和物料拉动
- Lead all logistics activities at shop floor such as GR, Stock transfer and material pulls.
- 必要时支持和指导SPS和物料排序生产
Support and coach SPS operation and sequencing as required
Competency Requirement:
诚信正直、良好的计划组织能力、工作主动性、沟通和学习能力Integrity and honest, Planning& organization ability, self-starter, communication skill, good learner
- Content Knowledge:
精通现场物流管理和物料拉动系统Skilled in material handling and material management system
良好的英语交流能力Good oral and writing English skill
熟悉SPS/Kanban/ E-Kanban/JIS/JIT和office软件Proficient in SPS/Kanban/ E-Kanban/JIS/JIT and office software
- Working Experience:
5年以上相关工作经验More than 5 years at material handling and management position
- Education Background:
本科以上学历Bachelor degree or above
