Follow up the improvement of Quality Management System
Maintain all Quality Management system documents
Assist/responsible for customer audit and third party audit of Quality Management System
Maintain Supplier Quality Management
Release CAPA report, implement and follow-up the CAPA actions
Close CAPA report timely and record all documents as evidence
Implement the preliminary investigation and CAPA follow-up for the customer complaint and abnormal issues
Conduct and coordinate all validation/qualification works
Collect all quality KPIs for monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
Change Control and Deviation control management and coordination issues
Assist outsourcing inspection and relevant registration application and preparation works
Assist and participate 5S/EHS implementation
