职位描述：
1. Establish and update the validation master plan and annual plan /建立并维护验证主计划及年度计划
2. Participate company project to make sure all relative necessary progress been validated （including but not limit to ：utility、process、facility、cleaning）/参与公司项目保证所有相关的有必要验证的进程得到验证。（包括但不限于：公共系统、工艺、设备、清洁）
3. Organize or cooperate Risk assessment management and quality investigations /组织或协助风险评估及质量调查。
4. Manage validation documentations to make sure them can meet regulations and venture’s requirements/管理验证文件确保其能满足相关法律法规及企业要求。
5. Manage validation technicians to be a efficient team /管理验证技术员，建立高效验证团队。

岗位要求：
Working Experience 工作经历
Education background教育背景:
* Bachelor degree in technical or similar工业技术或相关专业学士学位
Work experience工作经验:
* 3+ years' experience in Pharma automation or Chemical industry;
3年以上，在制药自动化或化学工业的工作经验
Other Skills & Others 其他技能或要求
* Good command of written English良好的英语书面和口语能力
* Good computer skills of Microsoft Word and Excel良好的电脑软件操作水平
