Cincinnati Test Systems Shanghai is looking for a service person to deal with our newly expanded service operations. This is a ground floor opportunity for a self motivated person to grow with an internationally successful organization. We are looking for someone with most if not all the following attributes:

Position: Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Provide service and support on existing CTS equipment in the field as well as in-house support on products/projects currently being manufactured or developed, on-site sales support, help sell, maintain, and quote service contracts.

2. Install, setup, test, repair and maintain all company manufactured and associated vendor equipment.

3. Provide all aspects of customer support and service function.

4. Execution of customer trainings

5. Perform other duties as required or assigned



Qualification:

1. Male

2. A four-year electronics or electrical technical degree. Graduated in 2011 or 2012.

3. Good oral and written English (CET4 required; CET6 preferred)

4. Computer Skills

5. Mechanical aptitude

6. Ability to travel (Some travel required), Asia & China as needed

7. Non-Smoker
