Job Responsibility

1.Maintain Supplier performance at plant with part inspection.通过来料检查维护供应商表现
2.Coordinate supplier/QCC on parts verification/sorting/containment to ensure smooth plant production.协调供应商、QCC进行产品验证，筛选和遏制， 以保证工厂的顺利运作。
3.Coordinate the supplier problem resolving in plant with SQEs and suppliers.协调SQE和供应商的问题解决。
4.Support plant quality issue resolution activities with IRT team.支持IRT团队的问题解决。
5.Support supplier process improvement and coordinate the breakpoint implementation.
支持供应商工艺改进和协调断点实施。

Competency Requirement
1. problem resolution skills, pro-active attitude and good communication orientation. 问题解决技能， 积极主动及良好沟通。
2.Familiar with TS16949 and other quality system and implementation熟悉TS16949或其他相关质量体系要求和实施
3.Working experience in quality control and operation/coordinating champiing the on-site quality issue soloving
具备质量管理和企业运作的实际经验/具备现场质量问题的解决及协调管理能力。
4.Basic requirements on computer operation, English communication( CET 6) etc.具备基本的专业技能，如计算机操作，英语6级等　
5.Integrity and honest, with ambition诚信正直，有事业心
6. Above 5 years of working experience on exterior parts, as the processes like plastic injection, chrome, paint, and appearance. or on door closure component and HVAC parts or on powertrain parts, as the processes like Machining, Assembly 5年以上工作经验, 有外饰零件相关工作经验， 如熟悉注塑，油漆，电镀和外观等相关工艺； 或有或空调总成及车身门盖件工作经验
；或有整车发动机或者变速箱动力总成相关工作经验7. University graduate or above major in Machinery, Chemical, Material, electrical, Industry engineering or management MBA.)
大学相关专业本科以上（机械、电器、材料、化工、自动化、内燃机, 工业工程或管理、MBA）
