Job Description/岗位描述

1, Develop and maintain Product Quality Standards (PQS).
制定并维护产品质量标准（PQS）。
2, Participate in the production change activities and PTR.
参与零件变更及PTR事项。
3, About issue resolution, verify accurate steps 1– 3 (Manufacturing process focus) and lead steps 4–7 parts and technical problem solving.
遵从（制造过程聚焦）步骤1至3，引导步骤4至7，以及工艺问题的解决。
4, Coordinate and approve repair, rework and containment activities for identified quality issues.
对已确认的质量问题，协调并批准维修，返修及控制活动。
5, Gather and analyse information from customers, retailers, etc. to understand market feedback and drive improvement activities.
收集并分析顾客及零售商等处的数据资料，以获悉市场反馈，并促进改进活动。
6, Support CQA, QRT, PDI and other quality improvement activities.
支持CQA、QRT、PDI及其他质量改进计划的开展。
7, Monitor general capability and quality performance and support quality improvement activities and ‘Risk Priority Number’ RPN reduction.
监测总产能及质量工作，支持质量改进及RPN减少活动。
8, Participate in preparation, execution and audits of the Quality Management System.
参与质量管理体系的准备、执行及审查工作。

Main Requirements/任职资格:
1, Bachelor or above, automobile or mechanical engineering background;
本科或以上，汽车、机械相关专业；
2. Minimum 3 years auto industry experience, familiar with auto manufacturing process;
三年以上汽车行业相关经验，熟悉整车装配工艺；
3. Good English skills, capable of fluent work communications;
具备良好的英语能力，并能进行工作上的流畅沟通；
4. Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 and related process audit; familiar with AIAG 5 tools;
熟悉ISO/TS 16949质量体系和过程审核，熟悉AIAG五大质量工具；
5. Capable of complete vehicle audit;
具备一定的整车评审能力；
6. Good team work spirit, work with product development team to achieve team target;
具有良好的团队精神，积极沟通、协作完成团队目标
