Main Responsibilities
1. To provide technical solution and support sales team to customers and sourcing team to suppliers.
2. Proactive technical communication with customers on product properties as well as application processes of so as to support new customer development;
3. Develop in-depth and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of customers and competitors;

4. Investigates, resolves and corrects internal and customer complaints in close collaboration with technology, product management and sales team;
5. Technical training for internal staff and external customers.
6. Lead the plant quality department to ensure the execution of quality management system;
7. Implementation of the quality management system and continuously improve the quality management process and documentation procedure ;
8. Organize and executive the internal audit based on the valid quality management system;
9. Organize the process and products audit to ensure the manufacturing process is valid and stable ;
10. Maintain company ‘s conformance to be the standards to ensure international product compliance;
11. Establish quality plan for all production line in manufacturing and providing training , inspection and verification tools and schedules verification audits to ensure products assembly testing and process confirm to the quality control plans and instruction
12. Ensure the inspection for incoming material and process is robust
13. Management to quality test and verification device , make sure the valid tools be used in quality test and verification process
14. Management to quality documents and records, ensure document control is valid and efficiency.
15. Participant in product and process improvement project with design, manufacturing engineering, test engineering and supplier quality team.
16. Establish, supervises and implements ISO 9001 quality requirements,
17. Prepares and reports on customer audits/reports,
18. Manages payrolls, supplies & equipment budgets for the lab and manage personal
19. Supervises several lab personnel at lab.
20. Support and coordinate EHS Department to accomplish safety and environmental related jobs, take responsibility of maintaining and continuous improving the safety and environmental performance of this job.


Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree university Chemical/Metallurgic related;
2. Minimum 7 years Chemical/Metallurgic plant background with at least 2 years at quality managerial level or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3.Be familiar with QSM & EHS related system such as ISO 9001&14001 or OSHAS18001.
4.Ability to travel.
5. Good leadership on building an effective team.
6. Using SPC, FMEA, etc.QC tools are needed;
