负责公司主要物料的采购计划、协调、物料委托加工、工厂新项目的协调工作等，具体见英文描述。

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Forecast and planning of procurement for raw materials on a regular basis;
2. Interact frequently with Sales office in Shanghai and headquarter in USA to ensure the timely and efficient handling of materials via internal information system or email;
3. Coordinate with processors to arrange slitting of raw coil;
4. Management of raw coil and slit material stock;
5. In charge of material management for APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) of new projects;
6. Coordinate with sales, quality and production departments in the whole process of new projects;
7. Responsible for modeling and monitoring safety stock;
8. Administrative procurement;

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5 years related experience in procurement and supplier management, multinational corporations experience preferred;
2. Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities;
3. Fluent English both in oral and written;
