Quality Improvement Group leader-Paint
Job Scope
ü Responsible for establishing and developing CQAC Quality Inspection Process including interfaces with other functions for achieving overall vehicle quality requirements and supporting 'built-in quality' in the paint shop.
ü Responsible for on-going Quality Operations business planning and organization development following initial plant start-up and launch phase.
Skill and Experience Required
ü Expert in Quality System Applications;
ü Advanced Knowledge of Manufacturing Systems - Paint;
ü Advanced Skills in PFMEA Applications;
ü Expert in Control Plan Generation and Execution;
ü Expert in Process Auditing;
ü Advanced Problem Solving Skills;
