Duties
Build and manage relationships with HQ IT and other offices of DANIELI CHINA.
Provide support of Microsoft Windows-based environment for corporate users in DANIELI CHINA.
Candidate must provide hands-on support, expert-level troubleshooting skills to provide support for common applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office products.
Review, audit, define, update and implement corporate security policies and procedures to safeguard critical corporate information and data.
Installs, upgrades, and documents all software and hardware on PC, servers, and network equipment.
Perform daily management and maintenance of servers and associated operating systems including upgrades, audits and data backups.
Research, analyze and propose new technology, hardware, and software solutions for the Company.
Maintains current knowledge of new technologies and identifies possible software applications to meet future company needs.
Provide support to accounting in the tracking of IT assets.
Skills / Requirements
1. Bachelor or Master degree of Computer or related major
2. Minimum 3+ years experience working in a high quality IT environment
Expert knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 &, Active Directory, Microsoft
3. Exchange Servers, Cisco routers, Extrime switches, firewalls, VPN, DNS, WINS, TCP/IP.
4. Strong Knowledge of Network and anti-virus, SQL server management
5. Substantial experience in managing a high availability environment.
6. Excellent knowledge of internet networking, management and security protocols.
Microsoft and/or Cisco certifications preferred.
