Duties:
Train users on our CAD tools and provide telephone and on-site support in diagnosing and resolving application issues.
Perform maintenance and operation support of AutoCAD and PDM system in China,
Resolve user issues, understands design work flow and helps users to improve the skill of CAD software.
Help the designer to make the transition to 3D software
Install and configure CAD/CAE/CAM software
Implement new modules or applications with HQ's support.
Provide effective solution that is directed against workflow.

Skills / Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer, Civil or MEP Engineering.
2. 3 - 4 years' experience in architecture or engineering industry.
3. Prefer to have the experience on technical support of CAD software such as AutoCAD Mechanical, Inventor, Navisworks , Civil 3D.
4. Good training delivery techniques and conversant in Mandarin. Understanding of English is necessary as trainings can sometimes be conducted in English
