职位描述

Title: Customer Service Specialist, APAC 客户服务专员
Location: changshu 常熟


Purpose of the job
- Provide high-quality customer service and efficient order processing
- Close interaction and communication with internal stakeholders, e.g. Sales, Technical Sales, SC Planning, Order fulfillment specialist, Logistics, Finance,
- Act as partner for sales for frontline services


Key Tasks
1. Support sales on forecasting
2. Order coordination, input, amendment and follow up allocation
3. Execute the customer contracts(if there is) and related documentations
4. Enquiry Handling(basic product and environmental enquiries, order enquiries, give price quotation according to list price, etc)
5. Conduct promotion sample service and trial sample service
6. Support the sales on stock planning and monitoring
7. Support sales and Technical sales on Claim handling process
8. Support sales and marketing on promotion(seminars and events, new wrapping coordination)
9. Support sales on customer info collecting(Master Data)
10. Call off handling
11. Support Finance and sales in rebate and commission handling.
12. Support Finance and sales in A/R follow and chase payment.
13. Invoicing (Only advance payment and open terms, documents direct to customer)
14. Support on COL( training, daily operation follow up and help to customers)
15. Office admin(if there is defined for some person)
16. Other duty or task as required.


Prerequisites
· Post-secondary level diploma or higher corresponding knowledge
· Related work experience 2 years +
· Languages – English level fluent, fluent in local languages

Safety Requirement (Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities, with the cooperation and support from local sales segment leaders or office safety representatives)
- Learn about and understand relevant standards, rules and procedures, and strictly comply with these rules, and constantly use correct procedures and tools in work.
- Promptly report the accidents, near accidents, safety observation, unsafe behaviors, concerns and suggestions
- Be mindful and keep paying attention to hazard sources, surroundings and adjacent works. Carefully plan necessary steps, organize necessary resources, safely complete the works and keep the working site clean and tidy. In case of any doubt, immediately stop the work and warn those in danger.
- Participate in the local projects/plans, training, meeting and other safety activities in order to improve the safety performance and personal capacity. Share safety knowledge and experience, pay attention to the safety of other team members so as to support the safety standards of the team
