主要职责：

1. Work closely with the facility suppliers to produce the most efficient and cost effective design for the JV

2. Take control of the costs for each press line to ensure the best value is being achieved with vendors

3. Manage the timing of all major phases, from design through manufacture to delivery, installation and commissioning.

4. Liaise with the building design firm and other sub-suppliers to maintain control of all civil, electrical and mechanical aspects of pressline delivery

5. Work with sub-suppliers to install and commission all necessary toolroom and press shop equipment and machinery

6. Develop and install a cost effective but efficient scrap removal system for both steel and aluminium offcuts from all lines.

7. Lead the installation of press shop CMM facilities and work closely with plant quality and other areas (such as BIW) to ensure that the best solution can be achieved for the whole manufacturing site

8. Define and maintain the technical standards for all stamping equipment; offer guidance to lees experienced members of the team..

岗位要求;

1. Experienced in electrical/mechanical design

2. Language skills: fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)

3. IT skills: advanced working knowledge of all MS Office applications, including Project

4. Communication skills: competent and confident when discussing technical issues from engineer level to presenting out at director level

5. Experience: 3+ years project management experience, including managing engineers and suppliers

6. Behavioural: Pro-active approach to problem solving with the ability to reason through complicated issues to find the best solution for the JV

7. Behavioural: Team-player who is prepared to take on a massive challenge and work closely within the immediate and wider teams, adopting a flexible mindset and taking on learning where appropriate to develop the best quality products for the JV.

8. Behavioural: Ability to work flexibly and manage their own time to ensure that strict deadlines can be met and all objectives delivered within the required timeframe

Suzhou Chery Jaguar Land Rover Co., Ltd, is an independent joint venture between Chery Automobile and Jaguar Land Rover.
