职位描述
主要职责：
1.Lead the installation plans for all CMM’s and White Light Systems across the Plant.
领导工厂中CMM及白光系统的安装。
2.Setup all the Metrology Areas (Including the procurement of all Metrology Equipment to a World Class Standard)
建立所有计量区域（包括以世界顶尖水准进行计量设备的采购）
3.Support the procurement of all Dimensional Media (E-Cube, Master Buck, White Light etc)
支持所有尺寸媒介的采购（E-Cube, Master Buck, White Light 等）
4.Define the Plant Metrology organisation requirements.
定义工厂计量组织架构要求。
5.Develop the Dimensional Strategy for the Plant with guidance from the Dimensional Senior Manager.
在计量高级经理的指导下建立工厂尺寸策略。
6.Develop the Metrology and Dimensional Control Plans for Launch and Post Job 1.
为上市及整车下线开发计量及尺寸控制计划。
7.Lead the recruitment and training of all Metrology Technicians / CMM Operators.
主导计量技术员/CMM操作员的招聘与培训。
8.Develop the Measurement Planning Strategy for all products and create and validate all the CMM Programmes, with support from CMM Supplier.

9.Develop Dimensional Reporting links with JLR UK to ensure standardisation is achieved.

11.Support the Plant with Dimensional Problem Investigations.

岗位要求：
1.Experience in setting up and supervising a Metrology Department within an Automotive Plant.
有在汽车工厂中建立及管理计量部门的经验。
2.Degree qualified, in a relevant Discipline.
相关专业毕业，获得相应的学位
3.Strong ability to coach and train people ie excellent oral and written communication skills. In both Chinese and English.
有以口头或书面方式培训员工的能力。包括中文及英文。
4.Experience in writing and validating CMM Programmes.
有书写及验证CMM项目的经验
5.Good working knowledge of problem solving, failure mode avoidance and continuous improvement.
