Trim and Final Facilities are responsible for the development and introduction of new and modified facilities associated with new model introductions and model year changes. This specific role will help to create initial plans, sourcing documents, project support, cost and timing inputs and integration into the overall trim and final plan. This role is for facilities that have an impact on final product quality and performance.

1.Project manage the planning and implementation of Trim & Final facilities for new model introduction and model year changes.总装年型车及新车型相关的设备规划、实施的项目管理
2.Support the creation of detailed facility timing plans in line with manufacturing launch strategies.根据制造投放策略协助制定总装详细设备计划。
3.Support supplier selection and management activities with Purchasing.协助进行供应商选择及采购活动的管理。
4.Create and manage detailed cost trackers for specific equipment.确定及管理具体设备投资。
5.Achieve equipment capability and technical availability targets of all facilities确保所有设备达到预期的技术目标及能力。
6.Ensure adherence to Reliability & Maintainability principles.确保设备的可靠性及可维护性
7.Manage technical issues and escalate where appropriate.对技术问题进行解决及管理
8.Represent the Trim & Final Facilities team to external departments and suppliers.对外代表总装设备团队
9.Provide information for departmental responses to programme requests.根据项目要求提供部门反馈
10.Support virtual build events raising and managing the issues where appropriate.支持现场验证,问题的提出及技术问题管理
11.Support of physical builds at the Assembly Plant.工程施工技术支持。

1. Examples of Knowledge
Degree in a Business / Commercial discipline
Commercial acumen and negotiation experience
2. Example of Skills
Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in English and Mandarin
3. Examples of Experience
3-year plus Automotive background with multinational OEM
At least 3 years team management experience
Ability to present complex issues to a varied audience
4. Examples of Behavioural Criteria
Able to be flexible with working arrangements including shifts & overtime where required
The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives.
Must have a record of proactive delivery and commitment to meeting deadlines
