Description Send claim/repair request to supplier
--Collect supplier repair quotation, confirm and coordinate its approval.
--Coordinate within E/// internal to dispose those parts that no need or cannot return to vendor.
--Arrange faulty goods packing and returning to vendor.
--Collect supplier pick up time plan and monitor supplier picking up faulty goods on time.
--Create and place return order and rework order to supplier
--Collect supplier order acknowledgement and monitor replenishment status.
--Monitor return to vendor process performance and make continuous improvement.
---Receive, confirm and handle the claims
