1.Deal with any issues on process execution and system usage .The Key User should refer to available documentation and reference material to assist end user with how to use the system .The Key User will provide enough detail on the issue, scope, extent of business impact to support effective resolution of the IT issue.

2.Assist in resolution of IT problems .The Key User will work with the relevant IT Team to help specify the problem with the IT system . The Key User will assist in the testing of IT solutions to resolve within his/her scope of responsibility
` For Urgent incidents with IT Systems the Key User will help clarify impact and scope of the incident - working closely with the IT Team
3.Manage impact of system changes and Business Contingency Plan .The key user will assist in the testing of these business contingency plans and assist in testing IT Disaster Recovery plans within scope of his/her responsibility area

4. Maintain users skill and knowledge . The key user will provide On -Boarding training for any newcomer to his/ her area (new employee or transfer) ,where required the Key user will undertake refresher training to existing users to improve their level of skill and knowledge

5. Support IT project ( Web portal , EDI ,etc ) carry out in planning team .



Competency Requirement
--Communication skill - be able to communicate with end user and also IT Teams
--Good ability to communicate in English


Content Knowledge--Business process understanding
--Problem solving skill - quickly identify the issues
--High proficiency in using related systems - SAP MM,PP, WM modules
-- IT project leading experience .

Working ExperienceAt least 4-5 years working experience in SAP MM,PP key user .
Education BackgroundUniversity degree
