Key Responsibilities

·         Provide assistance to experienced teachers in teaching and learning, from lesson planning, design and creation of learning materials, providing in-class support, one-on-one tutoring to specific students, etc. 

·         Assist in Learning Center as a teaching assistant for students. A teaching assistant will help students to learn the concepts of a subject and the approaches to learning in the subject. A teaching assistant may also help to produce self-learning material for the subject with supervision from the Learning Center or relevant teachers.

·         Familiar with IB course system, provide necessary support to all Academic staff and students related to Academic field.

·         Provide support to Zhixing program, including acting as Zhixing supervisors, Project Week leaders, sports event organisers, to promote experiential learning outside the classroom.

·         Other Academic related work or project as assigned by the line manager.
