1.  EHS system establish , objective, target and management scheme

 

2.  EHS culture promotion and organize EHS activities

 

3.  EHS management for new product, new process, new equipment phase in stage (new chemicals, new equipment EHS review and approval, JSA review, safety instruction release)

 

4.  EHS management for production stage of new product, process, equipment:

 

  -  EHS Walk through and EHS improvement Opportunities review

 

  -  Environment and Industrial Hygiene Monitor

 

  -  Workshop Safety management (including but not limited to energy control, electrical safety, confined space entry, fall prevention and protection, machine safeguarding, powered industrial truck safety, material handling safety, risk assessment, safety regulations and standards,)

 

  -  PPE management/access control system management/Waste management

 

5.  EHS Action Plan following up

 

6.  EHS KPI report to HQ and local management team

 

7.  Set up and organize EHS training (training plan and training Matrix)-- (new employee introduction, safety visit training, workshop refresh training, sub-contractor training)

 

8.  Apply for government license and Approval (Occupational health, chemical, fire-fighting, safety evaluation etc.) 

 

9.  Other task assigned by superior.

任职资质

 

• B.S. Degree or above 
• in Production Safety, Environmental Protection or relevant disciplines
• At least 8 years factory EHS experience in a recognized sizable organization of Auto. industrial

• ISO14001&ISO45001 system, local law and regulation

• Good in reading and written English as well as reporting writing skill

• Good training skill

• Initiative and able to drive change and excellent communication skills
