Job Responsibilities
1. Support plants on IT Project Implementation , Teamwork to build Lear standard LAN system, transfer the IT knowledge on the Lear Global standard policy(including lear corporate desktop and software usage policy,Lear WAN network security policy, user account security policy and ISPM system training.
2. Co-ordination on ERP project between the local Regional plants and in-house QAD team, team work to discuss project scope ,implement methodology and review the project time sheet, proposal and quotation.
3. Roll out helpdesk service for end user on the computer maintenance , system security audit , computer related knowledge training, peripherals and application software using.
4. Review the IT related requirement from end users and follow the standard operation to get the approve from management.
5. Responsible to provide good efficiency recommendation to country IT management on system.( Like IT cost saving solution, phone system upgrading, Provide service to per local plant by making country level contract with provider in high discount.
6. Support respective plants IT matters or manage on site outsourcing service on daily and backend operation ( supporting , SOX compliance , BIA , DRP...)
