职位描述

Goal of function:

  • Report to VP R&D and be responsible for a wide range of executive support related business matters;
  • Drive strategic and organizational projects for the R&D function;

 

Tasks:

  • Work directly with VP R&D assisting him with business matters;

    • Understand business and contribute innovative solutions into the discussion;
    • Independently make the right judgement in the authorized scope;
    • Meeting preparation and follow-up: Prepare materials, join meetings, ensure follow-up in management team;
    • Execute actions independently, take ownership for tasks;
    • Others, (prepare PPTs, speeches, etc.)

  • Coordinate budget/forecast process for business side

  • Support to manage or co-manage R&D initiatives;

  • Support to implement the business strategy;

  • Organize/support the business related lobbying affairs, government meetings, customer congress;

  • Liaise with cross regions team for project or business follow up;

  • Liaise with local leadership to ensure task implementation that assigned by VP;

  • Liaise with corporate management and their business assistant to ensure smooth communication;

    • Business sense
    • Strong communicator, also to Senior Management
    • Very good English communication
    • Powerpoint and Excel skills
