Goal of function：

Planning and carrying out verification testing of dialysis machines with regulatory and QMS compliance 

Reliability engineering and testing of products and components for local and global manufacturing and sourcing

Risk management for dialysis machines and components

Main tasks：

·        Establish a strong team that will be able to cover all test and risk management related tasks within the GRD for machine development in the country and region.

·        Develop senior managers capable of covering the topics within the sub-teams.

·        Ensure suitable team size, training and motivation.

·        Establish positive team culture.

·        Ensure an appropriate, high quality level of products and components suitable for Fresenius brand, but also keep the special focus on cost optimized design and manufacturing.

·        Be a strong, proactive manager and team member of the PEC.MiD and work on joint targets to ensure overall teams success. Co-work on teams strategy.

·        Cooperate with the region and manufacturing teams as well as GRD teams in overseas.

·        Maintain all machine related product specification & international standards.

·        Be responsible for product risk management.

·        Support product development, component sourcing and development, and investigations and analysis during sustaining engineering.

·        Work closely with project teams, gather relevant information, report status.

·        Provide design & quality assurance in project team as assigned.

·        Be responsible for product type test preparation & coordination for product registration.

·        Manage GRD labs and ensure availability of in-house necessary equipment including calibration.

Establish a network with external partners for external testing.

Secondary tasks:

·        Establish working environment to know and test according to China and international standards

·        Plan and perform verification testing for development projects and product changes

·        Ensure suitable amount of automated testing

·        Implement efficient means for software and system test

·        Establish relevant methods and tools to plan reliability engineering tests to ensure product quality over a specified life time. Setup appropriate internal and external testing capabilities.

Qualifications:

1) Required training and education: ·Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering, or related degree 

2) Required professional experience (in years):  6 or more years of experience in several quality related functions (testing, reliability engineering, risk management). 

3) Important personal qualities:  Good project management, problem solving and decision making skills 

4) Other specialized knowledge: a) Technical knowledge :Deep understanding of test methods, tools and equipment and necessary and professional documentation b) Languages  :Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese; ·        Excellent communication skills c) IT skills:Familiarity with standard IT office tools d) Product knowledge:Familiar with Medicare Industry 

5   ) Special personal requirements:  Be   comfortable working in a changing environment which requires flexibility and   involves risk. Be   comfortable working under pressure.Pragmatic   and proactive mindset.
