JD:
Prepare PM's daily working schedule;

Coordinate PM's travel management & company's important visits.
Handle staff meeting notes, follow up action registers.
Handle PM's expense reports and company daily report etc.
File and well keep company's important files
Support signature and chops from PM
Help with PM's visa renewal
Liaison with local government
Others assigned by plant manager


SKILLS, ABILITIES & EDUCATION
Very good English speaking, writing, listening
Good computer software
Good at business writing and presentation
Good interpersonal skills and communication ability.
Knowledge in the field of business administration and finance.
3 years rich experience working in MNCs.
Bachelor's degree in English/ Business Administration.
