Purpose of role is to:
To work on technical delivery & operation of Datacenter service associated of Joint Venture.
Job holder will work primarily in Servers & Storage backup. & Virtualization area. Also have to cover one of the operation system (Windows or AIX)
Target of the Data Canter team is to initial setup of Datacentre and ensure reliable environment and solve appearing problems. And to be turn to service operation role after datacenter and plant go live.
Main responsibilities include:
To support Datacentre design, and Infrastructure initial setup
To implement server blade, storage, backup, VMware solution at datacentre level.
Guide server, storage, VMware setup, operation and maintenance according to technical standards, long-term architectural direction and disaster recovery practices.
Initialize operation guide for server, storage, VMware
Lead subproject in datacentre, and tracking project status and initialize weekly project report.
Responsible for Windows or AIX system administration
Responsible for storage, backup and VMware system administration
To coordinate server room facilities maintenance
Strong skill on initialization of technical document
Candidate must have:
1. Batchelor Degree
2. Holder of professional certificate of MCSE , CCNP, AIX
3. Strong knowledge in Storage (SAN&NAS) and backup / archive / restore operations.
4. Strong knowledge in Wintel or AIX system
5. Experience in high-availability productions and architectures.
6. Solid experience in enterprise scale infrastructure and data center projects and operations.
7. Able to demonstrate multi-task ability. Good skill on project management. PMP certificate is preferred.
8. Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
9. Understanding of ITIL process
