Responsibility:

1.Responsible for quality control plan and inspection instruction .
2.Audit for incoming quality control, process quality control and final out going quality control.
3.Provide effective problem solving for production line, continuous improvement for quality and cost through quality tools.
4.Training for quality inspector .
5.Support purchasing Dept. for supplier selection and management.
6.Provide technical assistant to supplier for key quality issue root cause analysis and follow up with supplier for implementation of corrective action.
7.Communicate with customer quality engineer and sales team for customer complaint issue, enhance customer satisfaction through quality improvemen.
8.Assit in set up the quality inspection system/process,documents and make daily quality report .
9..Other tasks assigned by quality supervisor .


Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree of mechanical or relative mechanical specialty.
2.No less than 2 years working experience, and at least 2 years experience of quality management in mechanical industry.
3.Knowledge of ISO9001 required and ISO14001, OHSAS18001 are preferable;
4.Good communication skills and team work spirit, high sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
5.Good spoken and written English;
