职位描述：
Project related tasks:
- Reading of related project client specifications and identify the quality and inspection issues to be clarified or negotiate with the customer through the Project Manager.
- Attend the Internal Kick-off Meeting (IKOM) and Pre-inspection Meeting (PIM), preparation of the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) based on the project specification, related manufacture standards and rules, standard practices of the Company, etc.
- Preparation of the test or inspection procedures required by the project, such as hydrostatic test, Positive Material Identification (PMI), pneumatic test, air leak test, Helium test, hardness test, Oil flushing, painting, etc.
- Follow up the design review for Code products, such as ASME, DOSH, PED, etc.
- In charge of the project approval, such as U stamp, MOM,DOSH, PED, AS, CUTR, DNV, COC, etc. The activities includes the clarification of the approval requirements with ASME Authorized Inspector and Third Party Inspection Agency, arrange the contract preparation by the Supply Chain Management department, add the requirements in the ITP, inform QC for follow up, etc.
- Manage the project related quality documentation, such as updating and modification according to customer comments, uploading with the support of EDO document management clerk, follows up customer approval status, etc.
- Handle and follow up the quality issues with support of the Project Manager and the QA Manager.
- Cooperate with QC and SQE for trouble shooting, follow up the project quality issues happened during incoming checking, manufacturing, final test, etc.
- Attend the customer audit and follow up the audit actions.
- Support the Project Manager, SQE team, QC team for quality clarification with client when required.
- Final documentation / MDR preparation, includes preparation of the Manufacturer Data Report index, collect the documents from the different departments and check their identification, readability and coherence, prepare the Products Quality Certificate and Conformity Certificate of bundles, etc.
Quality System Management task
- Assistant the QA Manager for ASME, GB, ISO system approval and system documentation and record management.

Education & Work experience 教育及工作经验:
- Bachelor degree or above majored in of Material/welding/Mechanical related
- 5+ years working experience and min. 3 years working experience in Machinery & Heavy Industry.
Knowledge, Skill & Competence Required 知识、技术及能力:
- Good Communication skills , reporting and Analytical skills
- Familiar with pressure vessel manufacture standard and rules, such as ASME Section VIII, GB 150, etc.
- Strong experience or knowledge related to pressure vessel manufacture process and inspection
- Good English, includes fluent oral English
- Good computer skills, includes windows, word, excel, pdf, outlook, etc. 举报 分享
