Job Responsiblites:

1) 职责一：协助部门经理制定并健全监制部的管理制度、办法和规程。

？ 协助部门经理编制监制部的管理制度、技术规范等，形成完善的监制工作文件并贯彻执行。

？ 根据需要，与部门经理就相关制度进行沟通、培训、解释，以确保理解、明白，促进更好执行。

？ Assist department manager to establish standard work procedures, technical specification and rules for expediting department.

？ According to requirements, communicate with department manager for completely understanding and better execution.

2) 职责二：根据公司及部门工作计划，制定自己分管工作的计划。

？ 根据部门经理分解到自己岗位的年度工作计划，制定自己的年度工作计划、阶段性工作计划。

？ 制定相应的执行计划，并组织落实。

？ 与部门经理保持沟通，以便及时发现问题，解决问题，确保计划的完成。

Responsibility 2: make own work plan according to company and department’s work plan.

？ Make own annual and periodical plan according to annual working plan assigned by team leader.

？ Make execution plan according to work plan and execute.

？ Communicate with team leader so as to find and solve the problems and ensure the fulfillment of plan in time.

3) 职责三：负责在供应商现场对关键产品的制造监督及质量控制；对监制/质量工程师提供方案及工艺技术支持。

？ 组织/出席技术交流会，明确产品关键要求，研究保障措施，质量接受条件等。

？ 审核供应商的生产计划，制造工艺，以及质量控制计划和质量文件。

？ 监督供应商生产计划和质量控制计划的具体实施情况。

？ 按照质量控制计划实施产品质量检查，对质量问题提供解决方案并监督实施。

？ 负责对监制工程师提供建议及工艺技术支持。

？ 负责对重要的质量偏差提供技术方案和实施方法。

Responsibility 3: perform expediting activities at suppliers’ site for the crucial items and supervise the quality; provide solution and manufacturing process to exp/qua engineer.

？ Organize/attend kick of meeting, identify key requirement, study how to achieve to acceptance criteria, and define the limit of quality acceptance of against the relative drawing.

？ Verify production plan, manufacturing process, quality control plan and certificate provided by supplier.

？ Supervise the implementation of purchasing plan and production plan.

？ Fulfill quality inspection as per quality control plan; provide solution to recover error and supervise it.

？ Provide advice and technical process support to exp/qua engineer.

？ Provide technical solution and process about important quality issue.

4) 职责四：供应商考察和评估。

？ 负责新供应商的资格考察评估;定义新供应商的使用范围。

？ 负责对现有供应商的表现进行定期评估；以及供应商风险预警。

Responsibility 4: Qualification of new supplier and make evaluation to suppliers.

？ Qualify new supplier and define the supply scope of new supplier.

？ Evaluate supplier’s delivery and quality level periodically.

5) 职责五：其它。

？ 协助本部门内其他员工。

？ 以身作则，协助部门经理营造良好的工作氛围，与部门内员工建立良好的关系。

？ 发扬团队合作精神，与其他员工建立并保持良好的合作关系。

？ 配合公司总部有关部门完成所要求的工作。

？ 与公司外部相关业务部门相互配合合作，建立并保持良好的业务关系。

？ 工作区域的清洁，公共区域卫生的保持。

Responsibility 5: others.

？ Assist colleagues in the same department to fulfill their work.

？ Work together with department manager to make good working environment, get good relationship with employees.

？ Enhance team spirit, set up good relationship with colleagues.

？ Assist head office to complete requested work.

？ Coordinate with external departments, keep good relationship with them.

？ Keep both personal and public working area cleaning.

6) 职责六：完成领导安排的其它工作。

Responsibility 6: Fulfill other work assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements:

1) 大学本科及以上学历。

2) 机械设计与制造专业（冶金机械方向优先），熟悉机械原理，能正确理解设计意图和图纸。

3) 熟悉冶金设备及制造工艺过程，冶金设备制造工艺5年以上工作经验。

4) 工作认真负责，有较强的沟通、协调、谈判和处理问题的能力。

5) 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力(专业经验丰富者，可适当降低英语要求)。

6) 熟练的计算机操作能力。

1) Bachelor degree or above.

2) Major in mechanical design and manufacturing(prior to metallurgical machine), solid knowledge on mechanical principles, right understanding of design intention and drawings.

3) Familiar with metallurgical equipments manufacturing process, over 5 years on metallurgical equipments manufacturing process experience.

4) Responsive, good communication and coordination skill.

5) Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

6) Good computer operation ability.
