职位描述：
Responsibilities
1.负责公司高压配电设备的巡查、维护、保养、维修，并作好记录；
Be responsible for high-voltage switchgear room inspections, maintenance, repair, and complete related records

2.负责全厂生产设备巡查，维护设备线路连接，线路维修或抢修；
Be responsible for the equipment inspections, and maintain in good condition for the equipment wiring, as well as urgently repair for the equipment electrical issues

3.负责全厂照明、通风、空调系统和消防系统的检查和维护保养；
Be responsible for inspection and maintenance of lighting, ventilating, A/C system and fire protection system in the whole plant

4.负责全厂辅助设备（如空压机，集尘系统等）的维护保养；
Be responsible for maintenance, repair of air compressors and dust extracting systems in the whole plant

5.协助部门经理完善保养计划，并保证预防性维护任务准时实施；
Assist department manager to make maintenance plan, and carry out PM job on time.

6.对设备故障作出快速响应，以提高设备效率，认真做好设备维修记录；
Quick response if machine fault, improve OEE data, complete the work order record carefully

7.对操作员提供正确的设备操作指导，协助维修经理管理备品、备件；
Support manager to manage the spare parts, give guidance to operators to properly use machine

8.其他由上级主管指派的工作任务。
Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualification/Requirements
1.电气工程或工业自动化专科以上学历；
College degree or above, electrical engineering or industrial automation related professional background

2.具有高压电工证和低压电工证，有焊工证可优先考虑；
High-voltage license is necessary, and have welding certificate is preferred

3.具有外资或国内大型工厂工作2年及以上经历；
Have five years above working experience in the WFOE company or large domestic

4.熟悉各种工厂设备的维护，维修，安装等；
Be familiar with maintenance and repair of various types of plant facilities

5.熟悉空压机，吸尘系统，空调系统维护，保养，维修；
Be familiar with maintenance or repair on air compressors, extractor system, and HVAC system

6.良好的问题处理能力，熟悉基本问题分析工具（如：why-why, 鱼骨图，柏拉图等）；
Good problem solving skills, familiar with analytical tools (Why-why, fish bone, Pareto, etc)

7.品行端正，有良好团队合作意识，极强的敬业精神及责任心
Well conducted, dedication, have a good sense of teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility

8.勤奋踏实，积极上进，能吃苦耐劳；
