职位描述：

Position: ACG – China IT ManagerPrimary Duties and ResponsibilitiesReports to ParkOhio – ACG - IT DirectorResponsible for proper functioning and management of all IT hardware, software and network infrastructure at ourmanufacturing facilities located in Shanghai, Changshu and Qingdao, China.Provide oversight and direction to local ACG facility IT Support Technicians.Coach and develop China IT team members of all experience levels to their maximum potential.Communicate and enforce ACG IT policy.Manage the support of Plex ERP system in China.oManage user support requests (USR) from facility first level ERP business champions and end users.Coordinate issue resolution with US-based Plex support team.Assist with onboarding of new employees by teaching them general techniques on how to use Plex. Teach firstlevel ERP business champions more in-depth use of the Plex system by functional area.Travel to facilities to watch over implementation of new ERP functions and modules.Translate current business process requirements into functional ERP system requirements.Identify business process improvements ideas for future ERP system project

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field.

Minimum of 5-years’ experience with multi-plant ERP and IT.Minimum of 5-years’ supervisory experience.

Skills and KnowledgeRequired Skills and Knowledge:oAutomotive industry processes - Manufacturing, Assembly, Engineering, Product Structure (Bills of Material;Process Routings; Basic Standard Costing) and Supply Chain.

Ability to manage and motivate a team of geographically dispersed IT Support Technicians.

Ability to effectively communicate abstract ideas and concepts to all levels of an organization.

Fluent in both Chinese and English both verbal and written.

Bonus Skills and Knowledge:oAutomotive EDIoWorkflow design or process mapping (including data flows)Knowledge of current Information Technology and capabilities
