职位描述：
1 Job Summary: 工作摘要
Support to manage and maintain the machining area tools and fixture for all projects and process improvements. Plan and improve the machining line.
    协助管理机加工线所有项目刀具与工装与工艺改进。计划和改进机加工线生产系统。

2 Duties and Responsibilities: 主要职责
2.1 Support engineer to Manage all machining cutting tool and fixture
协助工程师管理所有机加工刀具与工装
2.2 Implement tool and fixture specifications
执行工装和刀具规范
2.3 Onsite technic service support, and related tool processing problems solving.
现场技术服务支持，有关刀具加工方面的问题的解决
2.4 Onsite problems solving to ensure the normal running of the production lines.
解决现场问题, 保证生产线正常运转


3 Authority: 岗位权限
3.1 Order tools, fixtures and within the budget limits.
      在预算内订购刀具、夹具以及备件
3.2 Work with warehouse to supervise tool stock.
与仓库一起管理刀具库存

4 Job Specifications岗位要求
4.1 General requirements基本素质要求
4.1.1 Basis of english ( both spoken and written )
         基本的英文读写能力
4.1.2 Good understanding of CNC process and cutting tool field and fixture design.
         对机加工和刀具应用及工装设计有较好的理解。
4.1.3 Good problem solving capability , result oriented.
         良好的解决问题和结果导向的能力

4.2 Special skill and knowledge requirements. 专业技能要求
4.2.1 Over three years work experience in machining with tool analysis ability。
         3年以上机加工经验，有刀具分析能力析

4.2.2 Good computer operation skill, and familiar with office software
        懂计算机操作, 熟悉办公软件的应用。


4.2.3 Proven metal cutting ability .
