职位描述：
1. Job Summary工作概况:
Focus on process optimization in terms of 4M & information of the plant, improve direct productivity, shorten lead time and reduce cost by systemic and data driven continuous improvement tools.


2. Duties and Responsibilities主要职责:
2.1. Develop Plant Layout based on latest machine information; create optimized process flow, material flow and information flow.
2.2. Design and maintain material flow system to better adapt flow manufacturing including maintaining production/withdrawal KANBAN system.
2.3. Revision of all standardized work documents and generate capacity analysis for operating plan.
2.4. Issue weekly/monthly operation report for performance tracking and management review.
2.5. Establish and maintain plant CIP projects list based on multiple channels e.g. employee suggestion/shop floor management CIP level 2/annual CIP schedule etc.
2.6. Regular follow up of KAIZEN projects
2.7. Skill Training & Development for CIP Technicians
2.8. Work with controlling to create cost tracking system for direct area based on work center level and PN level.
2.9. Warehouse layout and process optimization (long term)
2.10. Other tasks specified by supervisor

4. Job Specifications 岗位要求:
4.1. General requirements: 基本素质要求
4.1.1. At least 3 years IE experience in automotive industry
4.1.2. Major in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
4.1.3. Strong logical sense of data collection and statistics
4.1.4. Fluent in both oral and written English
4.1.5. Good communication skill
4.1.6. Pressure educability

4.2 Special skill and knowledge requirements: 专业技能要求
4.2.1. Proven IE Techniques
4.2.2. Good command of Excel & PPT
