职位描述：
1. Organize a continuous process of detection of new productivities and follow-up of selected productivities
1.1 Feasibility study for potential productivity ideas
1.2 Maintain productivities reservoir % level equivalent to 1.5 times of the budgeted objectives for current
       year in all levers
1.3 Monitor -30 activity status if project is following timing plan
1.4 Work as Launch manager for partial -30 activity appointed by -30 plan manager
1.5 Improve V5000 related with -30

2. Responsible for project launch and realization according to project development timing.
2.1 Secure launch resources
2.2 Define launch schedule according to project milestones Monitor and reduce risks
2.3 Lead, supervise and motivate team members, managing actively conflicts and seeking
solutions to ensure good team work
2.4 Support and manage quality accident (internal and outside) caused by P0/-30
2.5 Resp. succeed FDPR and PPAP approval
2.6 Support sales or PM to convince customer to approval technical productivities

3. Achieve budgeted productivity results
3.1 Achieve PG MSC requirement for TP&R
3.2 Achieve PG MSC requirement for Out of Index
3.3 Achieve DL productivity requirement
3.4 Achieve Production over-head requirement
3.5 Achieve IDL productivity requirement
