职位描述：
1、处理客户投诉及客户审核，维护客户关系。
2、协调公司各部门进行原因分析和过程改善。
3、当原料不合格发生时，跟进供应商处理和改善。
4、协助公司质量管理体系的建立和维护。
5、质量管理体系文件控制。
6、质量管理体系审核/过程审核/产品审核。
7、制定供应商年度审核计划并及时完成。
8、协助开发部门进行新产品导入
9、上司布置的其它工作。

岗位要求：
- 化工类/汽车类专业本科以上学历，条件优秀者专业可适当放宽。
- 化工厂4-5年的质量工作经验，客户质量管理经验优先。
- 熟悉TS16949管理体系，有TS16949内审员资格证，熟悉PPAP/APQP/SPC/FMEA /MSA者优先。
- 较好的沟通/协调能力和数据分析能力。
