? 参与制定焊装车间的焊接标准及规范
? Participate to make welding specification and standard
? 焊装车间生产工艺制造相关焊接工艺
? Take care of the production related welding process
? 焊接参数的制定,设定,测试与完善
? Welding parameter design,setting,testing, improve
? 焊接质量改善计划的制订和实施
? Make welding improving plan and carry out
? 协助新车型的投产准备和投产
? Assist new module car launch prepare and launch
? 完成部门领导临时交办的其他工作
? Complete the temporary job the supervisor required



Skill and Experience Required

? 专科以上学历
? College degree or above
? 焊接相关专业毕业
? Welding related
? 熟悉汽车生产电阻焊接设备（通用设备、专业设备）
? Be familiar with auto production resistance welding equipments (common equipments and professional equipments)
? 具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力
? With good communication skill and team working ability.
? 具有英语能力
? English skills required
