职位描述：
Responsibilities
This position directs the development and designs for packing and help to refine the existing packing methods to reduce the damages that are caused during transportation，and also works on container optimization.

? Design and validate packaging for products to meet customer requirements.
? Review all finished goods and release relative packaging specifications and instructions.
? Specify container selection, proper loading method and packaging technologies and container optimizations
? Review and validate packaging suppliers proposal
? Packaging improvement for both packing material and finish goods
? Define label design and specifications for all products
? Implement strategies to meet international and government requirements.
? Interact with other areas to guarantee that all packing SOP’s are followed
? Train people.
? Guarantee the packing quality standards established.
? Keep management informed about eventual deviations.
? Look at continues improvement opportunities in packing areas
? Specify the test equipment’s requirement,
? Develop packaging test strategies and SOP’s
? Develop packing BOM and Routing for costing.

Qualification/Requirements
Required Formation:
? Engineering Bachelor's degree or above. Major in packaging is a plus.

Required Experience:
? 5 years or above experience with good knowledge of packaging designing.
? Have relative field of good finishing product, furniture products, wood and metal products, large cube product packaging designing is preferred.
? Strong ability to multi-task
? Good communication and coordination.
? Managerial experience is preferred.
? Has package cost control experience

? Problem resolution capacity.
? Change leadership style accordingly under different scenarios.
? Capacity and willing to train people.
? Manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
? Knowledge on manufacturing concepts.
? Capacity of allocating resources in an optimized way.
? Manage the time in order to accomplish the established goals.
? Use Microsoft office tools and container optimization software
