职位描述：
Job Dimensions:

? Keep the instrument/Electrical equipment in good status and carry out maintenance safely.
? In charge of implementation of improving instrument/Electrical equipment and process
? In charge of implementation of instrument/Electrical overhaul plan.
? To prepare or update the preventive maintenance plan, spare parts plan, technical documents etc.
? Daily management of I/E workshop and instrument terminal room and MCC room
? Prepare maintenance work for new project


Main Responsibilities:
1. Instrument/Electrical maintenance work execution
? Define the problem
? Write work order and do risk analysis with related department.
? Manage the worker or contractor to execute it.
? Write maintenance record, add this information into PMP database.
2. Spare parts
? Write spare parts purchase request.
? Confirm technical details
? Follow and push purchasing progress.
? Feedback the quality of the spare parts to purchasing team.
? Assist warehouse keeper to arrange the spare parts.
3. SOP follow
? Create and study related SOP linked with safety, quality and environment.
? Transfer all these information into daily maintenance work, also coach the workers to follow them.
4. Management
? Manage the terminal room for DCS/PLC, also include the site control cabinet.
? Manage MCC room
? Manage the I/E workshop for access, goods order.
? MOC management and related documents updating.


Requirements:
1.Knowledge知识:
? Master degree, majored in automation, instrument, industrial control, electrical driven, electrical automation.
2. Skills技能:
? Skill in computer operate, Office software
? Good written and oral English
3.Experience经验:
? At least 2 years’ working experience in automation, instrument, industrial control, Better working experience in chemical plant
4. Abilities能力:
? at organization and planning,
? Practical experience in field maintenance，committed to result
? Good safety consciousness and teamwork
