Essential Duties and responsibilities
Customer SV
1) Review and enter in the system the orders received from customers. Ability to communicate with customer and analyze possible gap on the information received.
2) Review and enter in the system the forecast received from customers. Ability to communicate with customer and analyze possible gap on the information received.
3) Inform customer of our confirmed leadtime and follow up. Communicate to customer any delay in delivery.
Purchasing
1) Prepare RFQ and follow up the response from suppliers
2) Analyze the quotes. Ability to build and maintain quote comparison matrices.
3) Ability to negotiate the spot orders with suppliers from Nortech panel.
Additional duties (will depend on candidate profile)
Project Management Support
1) Ability to maintain Project Action Items Tracker file and communicate to team members their deliverables.
2) Ability to maintain project timeline.
Requirements
At least, 2 years’ experience in customer service or purchasing department.
Ability to speak (including phone conversation) and write in English.
Ability to adapt to new position and challenge.
Strong ability to use MS Excel and possibly MS project.
